Services
Industrial Sourcing and Commercial Representation
We support the commercial connection between industrial suppliers and relevant procurement opportunities in Algeria. Our role may include requirement analysis, supplier identification, quotation coordination, documentation organization, and commercial follow-up, depending on the scope agreed for each opportunity.
01
Supplier Representation
We can work with selected suppliers under a written agreement to identify relevant opportunities and support commercial communication in an agreed territory or product category.
Representation arrangements vary from supplier to supplier — in scope, duration, territory and compensation — and always follow written terms agreed by both sides.
02
Tender-Specific Sourcing
For a specific industrial requirement, we look for a manufacturer or distributor able to supply it.
Technical specifications and eligibility conditions are reviewed before any supplier is presented as a potential match, so that neither side spends time on an opportunity that cannot fit.
03
Technical Requirement Coordination
We organize the information an evaluation needs: product specifications, catalog data, dimensions, technical questions and answers, certificates supplied by the manufacturer, and quotation details.
Final technical certification and product conformity remain the responsibility of the manufacturer, the supplier and any other legally responsible party. We do not certify products.
04
Commercial Coordination
We coordinate quotations, lead times, availability, product documentation and follow-up between the parties.
We do not automatically act as the exporter, importer, freight forwarder, customs broker or seller of record. Those roles, where needed, are set out in the underlying contract between the buyer and the supplier.
What We Do Not Promise
Clear expectations are part of the service. We do not promise:
- Guaranteed tender awards.
- Guaranteed access to procurement decision-makers.
- Product certification we have not independently verified.
- Delivery dates that have not been confirmed by the supplier.
- Export or import approvals without the required authorization.
