Sourcing Process

Our Sourcing Process

A clear sequence of steps keeps an opportunity organized for the buyer and for the supplier, and makes it obvious at each point what has been confirmed and what has not.

  1. Identify the requirement

We start from a defined need — a product, a specification, a quantity — from a buyer's request or a publicly available procurement notice.

  2. Review technical and commercial conditions

We clarify specifications, standards, quantities, delivery location and any eligibility conditions before approaching suppliers.

  3. Identify suitable suppliers

We look for manufacturers and authorized distributors whose products and export capability appear to fit the requirement.

  4. Coordinate quotations and documentation

We gather quotations, lead times, catalog data and the manufacturer's documentation, and keep them organized and comparable.

  5. Support commercial follow-up

We help keep communication moving between the parties. Procurement decisions remain with the purchasing organization.

We coordinate; we do not control procurement decisions, and we do not guarantee a sale. Each step depends on the information the parties provide and on the scope agreed for the opportunity.
