Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy describes how this website actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before the site is used for business.

Who we are

This website is operated by TenderBridge, an independent commercial sourcing and representation business based in the United States. You can contact us about this policy at the email address shown on our Contact page.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, business email, company, job title, country and website where asked, and the details of your products or requirements.

We do not ask for payment information, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive personal data, and the forms do not accept file uploads.

Why we collect it

To read and answer your inquiry, to evaluate whether a supplier partnership or sourcing request is a fit, and to keep a record of our commercial communication. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also hosts this website. Access to the inquiry records is restricted to authorized members of our team and protected by a password.

When an inquiry arrives, a notification with its contents is emailed to our business inbox.

To limit abuse, we keep a one-way, salted hash of the sender's IP address for up to two days. We cannot recover the address from it, and it is not stored with your inquiry.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, database and email delivery) and our business email provider. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, it processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. We use no analytics and no advertising trackers, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential business relationship, and review older records periodically. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to the email address on our Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under applicable law.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
